Mr. Hayman is a seasoned attorney, who has been practicing for seventeen years. He is a native of the Tampa area, graduating from Jefferson High School in 1987. Thereafter, Mr. Hayman did his undergraduate work at the University of Tampa and in 1996 received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa (USN-ranked in Top 100 at #72 nationally in 2014).
Mr. Hayman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law (both transactional and litigation), family law, probate matters, and estate planning. As a long-time member of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund Services and issuing agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Mr. Hayman has provided counsel and/or conducted the closings for, conservatively, over one thousand five hundred real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. Many of these transactions have concerned real property exceeding one million dollars in value. He has handled complex closing involving multiple parties and counsel for commercial property up to ten million dollars in value.
In addition, Mr. Hayman has handled and/or litigated well over one thousand family law matters, including divorce cases (contested and uncontested), paternity cases, child support actions, and post-judgment modification and enforcement cases. He has handled hundreds of trials and final hearings and has developed extensive litigating and trial skills. He has provided legal services and advice, or otherwise handled, hundreds of probate cases, including formal administrations, summary administrations, and ancillary administrations.
